Laura Zarb

Recently returned from playing in the USA and Europe, Laura’s compelling voice, infectious folky grooves and contagious energy will have you hooked as soon as she introduces herself.

In two short years Laura has won the Ironfest Singer/Songwriter comp, performed up and down the coast of Australia at events such as The Sydney Blues and Roots Festival and The National Folk Festival. Played in exulted venues like The Vanguard, Sydney and The Clarendon, Katoomba. Supported well-known artist Sarah McLeod and performed overseas. In 2013 Laura released her debut album “Pink Plastic Spoon,” now available on iTunes.

With her art for words and an open, and at times awkward, honesty Laura’s song writing will make you laugh, smile, and maybe even cry. Her song “Echo,” featured on her debut album and written for her Grandfather, has touched audiences all over the world.

“Laura’s sparkling and energetic personality shines on stage.  She is a star in the making.” Tony Cini, Blues Explosion.
